RSS for Removing Rust Spots on Vintage Fabrics and 1950s Tablecloths
By: A CatEyeGirl  -  7/12/2012

We'rfunky junk, funky junk show, vintage market, antique show, seattle, portland, spokane, tri-cities, yakima, monroe, puyallup, hillsboro, waterville, yakima, oregon, washingtone a little obsessed with restoring the vibrancy to vintage tablecloths and every now and then we encounter a spot that looks a lot like a faded ketchup stain . . . it looks "rusty."  Here is an RSS, a really simple solution, to remove a rust spot from vintage fabrics:  Whinks!

Simply apply a little dose of Whinks Rust Stain Remover directly on the rust stain and watch in amazement at how quickly and thoroughly the stain vanishes from your vintage tablecloth without harming the integrity of the fabric.  Once the stain is gone, immediately rinse with water.

The most difficult part of this really simple solution to remove rust spots from your vintage tablecloths will be actually finding Whinks . . . usually on the bottom shelf of your grocery store's "laundry" aisle.
